Biografía
El 5 de agosto de 2005, Boris Algarañaz cumplía 25 años y por este motivo decide (gracias a la insistencia de su amigo Boris "Bolo" Barroso) comprar una tarjeta de sonido. A partir de este momento, y con ayuda de Bolo, Boris comienza a experimentar en el mundo de la música y la tecnología. Seis meses
después consigue componer, interpretar y grabar como 14 temas, a los cuales faltaba únicamente las voces.
En ese entonces, Boris, quien interpretaba la guitarra en la banda A Dark Performance, decide incorporar a Diego Machicao, vocalista de la misma banda, en el nuevo proyecto. Poco tiempo antes de concluir las primeras composiciones, Patricia Jordán se integra a las filas de A Dark Performance
como vocalista quien, gracias a su gran talento, es llamada a formar parte del proyecto que Boris y Diego emprendían.
A finales del año 2005 y principios del 2006, las melodías de las voces son grabadas de manera improvisada, al igual que fue grabada la música, surgiendo así un ritmo intenso, original y lleno de sentimiento. Tuvieron que pasar otros 12 meses más (durante los cuales Boris y Patricia se casan y tienen a su primogénita Elisa, fuente de inspiración; y la banda A Dark Performance se separa), para que por fin se decidiera grabar de manera definitiva las guitarras y las melodías de las voces con letras que fueron escritas por Diego.
De esta forma se logra concretar, después de dos años de espera, el primer disco de este proyecto denominado Ánima.
